Mindfullness can easily be incorporated into your daily routine, to bring you more clarity, peace, gratitude and happiness. Relieving stress is also a great benefit. By simply bringing your attention to the present moment with curiosity, openness and awareness and letting go of judgement will prove highly beneficial and rewarding.
