Level 1
45 minutes

A 45 minute class with the option of 1 day per week or unlimited sessions. This group are extending all 4 strokes to 5om of each stroke.
Working on Technique and starting on endurance.
Level 2
60 minutes
​
Increase Fitness and technique to 100m of each stroke. This is the step before competitive squad levels.
Level 3
60 minutes
​
This group is to increase Fitness and endurance for the kids who want to swim for Fun and Fitness who don't want to swim competitively.
